IP Art: Beatriz Prats and Diogo Conde

This post is to send out a big thank you to Beatriz Prats and Diogo Conde, the authors of the amazing drawings you see on this blog. Both artists are from and live in Rio de Janeiro. I am so happy the drawings perfectly captured the idea of IP as a very internationalized field. They also set out the premise that protection is not aimed at stifling communication and cultural creativity, but at enhancing creation and dissemination. I also loved the idea of our IP Nomad being a woman, who is working on her laptop while relaxing on a beach. After all, the IP flow never stops, and neither do we. In any case, IP is everywhere as a convergence of networks, creations, and services. Ultimately, as that often quoted saying goes, 'do what you love and you will never stop working in your life'.
